I am switching from Outlook 2010 on Windows to Outlook 2011 on a Mac. In 2010, I used the conversation view to select both a message in my inbox and the reply in the sent items folder simultaneously in order to move them to a folder together. My problem is that the sent messages won’t show in the conversation view. I’m stumped as to how to get something like this to work so that I can easily move message to folders. Any help greatly appreciated.
Hi,
I am just curious if it possible that someone can block your conversation being saved to the xml? I normally have my chat logs to be saved at all times to whom I am conversing with for references. I went to go check my logs today to recall something from the conversation but the conversation is missing from last nights chat but all the previous nights are still there. Is there a way I can recover this or is this an issue?
Thanks.

I get a blank or black chat window and contact list all of a sudden. I tried everything minimize it, close it and nothing works. The conversation is not saved either. It just freezes and I have to sing out completely and sing in again. These happens a
lot during a conversation and it happens either if I start de the conversation or a contact starts it. I am usin g Windows 7. I uninstalled, installed, repair the program at least 7 times and nothing works. Thank you for the help.
When I receive replies from contacts with localized mail clients, I get, for instance, "SV:" and "VS:" instead of "RE:" and "FW:" as the subject prefix, and Outlook does not group these messages into the conversation. I would like Outlook to treat these
messages as a part of the conversation.
