Virgin emails to Windows Live. How can I stop them?

When I opened myWindows Livw Hotmail Account I set it up to receive emails from my Virgin account. I no longer want this, so I removed the Virgin acaccount from the list of accounts, but the Virgin emails are still coming in to Windows Live Hotmail. How can I stop this?
