Windows Live Mail FAQ

I have just gone into my hotmail account and find emails missing for the last two years!

All my emails from 24th November 09 to 18th September 12 have disappeared.  I first thought I was dreaming, but no, they have vanished. I tried restoring deleted mail but this just restored junk mails. I have not made any changes to my account
