account hacked unable to reset password

Hello moderator, your urgent help is needed.

my hotmail account REMOVED has been hacked since mid December 2012 . The hacker has changed my reset options and reset details so I have been unable to reset my password thru the normal means. I have tried many times to give out my details to reset my password and the system said that they are unable to verify my information.

The hacker has change my email reset to a whole bunch of other emails that is not the one I have specified. Also, they have sent out scam emails to my contacts asking for money!

your help is need urgently..

I can't receive email in Windows Live as i get the above message. This has been happening since early this morning although i can get my email by logging in directly to hotmail directly thru my browser. Again, the message is:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (gha******) account.

Server Error: 5102

Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

Please advise what i should do at this point.

I receive the following error message when I attempt to send emails thru Outlook.
"The server does not support secure connections" Anyone know where the problem
and answer lies? I am also using Firefox FYI

I been blocking some e-mail senders thru the options.

Windows won’t keep me signed in to Hotmail Liove

When I sign in to Windows Live Hotmail, I klick in the "keep me signed in" box, but it never does. I have to go thru the naus of reentering my user name and password. HELP

When iam sending a email to someone, and i can be just starting, or half way thru the email and all of a sudden the cursor stops and I can't continue, till I

hit the wireless signal on my laptop keyboard {f12} key. and then it will let me strt typing again for a lil bit and then it happens again. This has happened to me many times and there is nothing wrong w/ hotmail when i check to see if anything is wrong or not working. Please let me know what to do or something, because this is Getting Really Old Fast! Thanks In Advance

apparently i have 2011 version. 14.2.5

I have Outlook for my Mac and dell. I use the both thru exchange. normally no problem. added an appt on mac and it seems to insist on it being a On my computer instead of on exchange. how do i change? HELP!!!

I went thru the options, looking for Time zone and noticed Billing. Microsoft wanted me to type in my phone number, using a code.

Am I being billed for using Outlook?? If so, not a happy camper about this:(( I'd rather continue grief with Hotmail.
