In the last 15 months, I've rebuilt Outlook at least 6 times. Each time I start with a new identity.  It takes hours to do this.  I'm so fed up. It started within the first 6 weeks of having the program.  I'm running on Mac OS X 10.6.8 with Word version 14.2.4.

Should I just throw in the towel? This is getting stupid. But I need a mail program and calendar system compatible with my clients who use Office.

every time someone sends me an email they get a mail delivery failure with *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

but i do receive the message.

How does one send 150 emails from a data base created on excel? I have a small business and trying to start up a recall system that my clients asked for.  Is it best on outlook or hotmail? I got it figured out on outlook but then realized it would only send the first twenty or so. Agh!!
Over the last week Outlook on my MAcbook Air has started running very slowly.  Even when I am typing the letters/words take a long time to appear and then doing any editing or even sending emails takes forever.  All other programs are running ok though.
Product Key is not accepted. It said is was activated once and now each time I click on "Outlook" I have to click on "continue trial period" for it to work.

What should I do?
I have had MS Office for Mac for a LONG time.  I need to clear out some space on my hard drive and found big chunks of data in a folder called Microsoft User Data.  There are several folders in there that I would like to delete if it will not affect my current MS Office.
these folders are: Office 2008 Identities, Office 2004 Identities, Office X Identities.  There are a few other folders but their size is inconsequential.
What can I delete to free up some space?

also, where can I comment on potential changes to Office for future updates?

thanks,
Toby Scott
I write my ID, password then sign in ..takes sum time and and get back to the same window without the password written. Normally it says  either  trapshooting problems or wrong password or ID, but  it does not tell me anything about why it's not signing me in and it did the same thing with my other e mail and it's an MSN too
Hello there,
I had to replace the HDD of my Mac and unfortunately I could not use the Migration Assistant to restore all the files/applications.
So now I am in the condition of having to do a manual restore from the Time Machine backup of the emails that were moved from the Inbox to the Mac.
The question is: where Outlook 2011 stores those files on the Mac?
Thanks in advance.
Andrea
I recently installed a new hard drive. I had backed everything up and I imported Windows Live mail data back into the program.  But then it insisted on downloading everything from Hotmail again creating a jumbled mess of duplicated messages. How do I make sure this does not happen next time?
