the only time my IM is open is when i'm signed into my hotmail account,as soon as i close hotmail page i no longer get IMs'.
At one time a icon would be in the taskbar and would pop up when someone sent you anything using IM.
Can I have a place to put my Favorite folders? I used this feature all the time in Ent 2008, and would be bummed if it weren't in 2011.

I am getting emails I think from china have not opened saying mail delivery failed they are continuous 100to 400 at a time, an occasional email mixed in that appears to be Chinese radicals. How can I stop these?
When I type a name in the search box, the name and . address appears, but the next time I go to People page, that name does not appear. Is there a limit to the number of people that can be shown, and if so how do you determine which ones to leave out?
I have unchecked Leave A Copy of Email on the Server and restarted and that has not changed anything. I deleted and reinstated my POP3 account and that has not changed anything. Any suggestions?
I have 3 emails in my Office Mac inbox that stubbornly will not allow themselves to be deleted or moved to folders. Each time I try to take a move or delete action, Outlook freezes up and I have to force quit the program. How do I get rid of them?
