Outlook 2011 for Mac (french)
Every time I leave and come back to Outlook 2011 some of the messages "marked as read" become "marked as non read".
If I select them and do a click right to select "mark as read" nothing happens... I have to "select all" then click on "mark as non read" and select all again and click "mark as read" to get them "marked as non read" but often when I leave and come back to

It's just terrificlyboring.

I've done the rebuild identity, step-by-step, approximately 12 times. Sometimes the fix works for over a week, sometimes for less than 24 hours. Each time the fix takes many hours (usually overnight) to complete.
I did the 12.2.1 update weeks ago, after the 3rd or 4th identity rebuild. That didn't stop the problem.
Please, someone, help! My employer wants to re-image the entire computer.

we have had a hotmail account for many years and now for the first time it has been blocked. We have sent a recovery form and filled in as much information as we can remember, and we were informed that it was insufficient. Are you able to help us out
with unblocking this account we use this daily and have some of our accounts sent to this email address. Our hotmail account is (removed) It was block on the 8 August 2012 am. A lot of information requested is in our hotmail account and now no longer
accessible.

When I made groups in Hotmail, I could only have 50 in a group at one time. So I made several groups of 50. With the new outlook, can I have moer than 50 addresses (people) in one group or is 50 the limit? And, how do I tell in Outlook how many are in a group. Hotmail used to have the number right beside the name of the group.
All of these questions are in regard to the new Outlook format.
