How can I add a second time zone to the Outlook for Mac calendar?

I wanna know that ""how long will they take to expire/delete my data and inactivate my account" if I dont sign in to hotmail account for a long period of time? and can the data be recovered if my account is disabled or inactivated because of not signing in for a long period of time?

For some time now I can not open any of my folders.

when I compose an email in my Hotmail account the font defaults to size 8 Calibri which is very small. How to I change the font size permanently to Arial 12 rather then having to change it every time I compose an email?
