Thanks
the office windows could save the emails received by the machine microsoft exchange through a folder. I can do the same in the office mac? I just bought a mac and I'm a little confused by the tool's office, as I have a small space on the server would be
important to download messages from the exchange and clear the mailbox server, I have no problems boxful. in waiting. att. My version of office is the home & business 2011 mac
So my Macbook SSD is filling up quite fast.
Outlook main identity is currently consuming 7GB and i need to preserve as much space as possible.
Is there a data clean up or compression tool for the main identity folder like there was on the windows version ??
At what point will outlook start to slow down due to a large main identity folder ? or does it not have the same issues as the windows version does with all the information being stored in a single data file ?
Alternatively, there is 3.7G in the "message attachments" folder, can this folder be deleted occasionally or is this where outlook actually stores all the attachments that are downloaded within the emails themselves ?

There seems to be no tool which allows me to advance pages in my Inbox, leaving me stuck on page 1.
