Literally, upon clicking... Tools > Accounts > Email Account the window freezes and a whole lot of nothing happens.
Any suggestions?
I'm moving from a PC to a Mac, and I moved my PST files over, and I'm setting up my email accounts on my shiny new Mac. Unfortunately, Outlook 2011 freezes every time I try to add a new POP account.
Hi I am using Lion and Outlook 14.2.3
I have an IMAP email account, and when I send/receive i get an error message: Unknown namespace. (.Junk E-mail.) Withinb my Tools>Accounts>settings for this account, my folder for Junk is set to Trash(Server) as is my Trash setting.
Can anyone tell me what i need to do to get rid of this error.

I checked the add & remove tools website for todays down loaded updates & they are not there even though the download was successfull.
The Update Icon is still on my computer saying downloades are ready, I can't get rid of it.
