I have one email that refuses to be deleted or moved. I keep getting "An unknown error has occurred". Is this email permanent? It is from a legitimate sender with legitimate, but now unwanted, information.

Original title: My Windows live mail wont' send emails:
I get the following message:
I use windows mail and can receive email. When I try to send email to anyone, I get the following error:
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'reply if you receive', Account: 'Amy Logan', Server: 'smtp.verizon.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 The message you attempted to send was determined to be spam. Please visit http://www.verizon.net/spamfaq for more information.', Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69
I've spoken with verizon multiple times, they cannot help because if i login to my verizon.net account, I can send/receive fine, but it's not
user friendly, I just love windows mail. Any suggestions?
