I had a hotmail email account that I set up in the early 1999. Just recently it has been hacked by unknown person(s). Which has caused my accont to shut completely down. I had to open a new account on outlook.com, so how can I retrieve my information from
my old hotmail account. I have contact Microsoft but have had little help, up too someone trying to charge me $200.00 + to fix my computer problems. I really need my old contacts, and emails from my old Hotmail account. So I was forward this link from Microsoft
customer service.
How may this be corrected as it is very time consuming? The mail that I want is always from an unknown person or email address who is responding to an item for me to manufacture.
My msn messenger was recently hacked by an unknown person to me, i have changed my msn address & password but i would like my messenger account to be even more sercue now, what do i need to do please to make this happen ?
