I have an address that I've communicated with for a while now. Recently I'm unable to receive emails from this address to my mobile device. My WLM2012 states that it is an Unknown Sender, even though they are in my contacts, in my safe senders list, and the Domain is listed in my safe senders list. Every time I click allow and have the person send me another new email the same thing happens, Unknown sender and not sent to my mobile device, and it asks to me delete and block or allow again.

 

The only time i'm able to get emails from this person anymore is if they reply directly to an email I've already sent them.

 

Please help. Frustrated!!!

I use WLM as my desktop client. I am now switching my emails from Comcast.net to outlook.com. I notice that any emails retrieved from outlook.com have a yellow banner across the top saying Unknown Sender. I then pick Allow Sender.
All mails are in POP folder and my Inbox is always empty how do i fix this?
If there is a unknown sender how do i block them, usually i just click Junk.

I am getting emails that look suspicious too me, telling me that my account will be closed unless I provide information that I believe would support identity theft. I do not want my account to close, but I do not want to fall prey to a fraud scheme either. Is this email valid? If so, is there I way I can correct the problem without simply replying to an unknown sender? The text of the latest one is below:

every so often i see a new mail in my drafts. when i open my drafts folder it has a mail with unknown as the sender and (no subject) in the subject box. i delete them but they keep coming back. this is annoying the **** out of me. i have changed password many times and have done full malware and virus sweep of machine.
