I am not able to receive emails from our account. I can send them, but we seem to be restricted from receiving emails temporarily. Here is a message received.

SMTP error

Mail rejected by Outlook for policy reasons. The mail server IP connecting to Outlook has exhibited namespace mining behavior. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.

How can we fix this?

Thanks

Hi,

Our company sent commercial emails campaigns.

For some days we received this kind of message for one of our IP address in log files of our server.

220 SNT0-MC3-F47.Snt0.hotmail.com Sending unsolicited commercial or bulk e-mail to Microsoft's computer network is prohibited. Other restrictions are found at http://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/anti-spam.mspx. Thu, 19 Sep 2013 02:22:19 -0700

Is there something that we could do to solve this issue ?

Regards,
