Just ran the recent update for MS Office 2011 (error reporting?) and now the "see your reply" feature in Outlook doesn't work. I had just used this feature moments before the update and immediately after since I'm looking for a specific email. Anyone else
run into this issue?
I have the latest update 14.2.4. Up to Oct. 5 emails on my exchange server account were showing forward and reply flags. Now they don't. I don't even see replies and forwards in the sent folder. I tried turning off the "conversation" sort and still
no results. I have two other POP accounts in Outlook that continue to show the icons. Ideas for a fix?
My comodo firewall asked for permision to allow live mail update and I inadvertently said no. Now I have no live mail and probably have lost all of my saved mail if I have to reinstall.
I had to change my password, and it still keeps asking for a password. I cannot send mail either. It will come in though. So I went to uninstall that update and it was not listed in the update area, so I tried to restore, and that update showed for 10-19-12.
Restore did not work. Pretty frustrated.
I have added a new contact and updated another and the new one does not appear and the update has not taken effect?
Seems my outlook contacts (operating on a MAC) are very limited -- do not include all of the contacts in my address book. All of this happened after I loaded a software update.
Outlook Address
I am the Exchange Administrator for this small business and for the life of me I can't get this corrected on the SBS 2011. An exec mgnt would like to have his contacted correct where in the address there is a double comma (ie. ,, ) next to the address. I logged into SBS and check out both the ESM and the AD and EVERYTHING seems to be spotlessly correct. I have even try to erase and retype the address again in case there is some invisible thing going on. In outlook for Mac 2011, when I search under GAL LDAP, the address seems to be correct. When I search user Helen LDAP (which is me), it has the WRONG the address with the double comma. If I click "Update Local Contact" it will update the wrong info on my own contact list. Can you please suggest where else I can look at?
Thanks!
After the latest windows auto update on the weekend 13.10.12. My windows live mail 2011 won't open. Just says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close and notify you if a solution is available"
I am on windows 7 home premium and it was working fine the day before. Has anyone got any ideas with out uninstalling it and losing everything.
I have tried the auto repair option on program uninstall - it said it was successful but was not

Hi,
On September 19, 2012, Update 14.2.4 was releases for Office for Mac 2011, see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2742588.
Since that update I am having trouble syncing my folders to Google Mail. Most of the time the sync just aborts without any message. Sometimes I get an error saying that the client cannot authenticate to the Google Mail IMAP server and I can re-enter my
details. To no avail.
Most articles and blogs about this issue suggest turning off the "Send multiple commands to server simultaneously" option. Unfortunately that option is not present in the Server tab of the Advanced option of the Google Mail IMAP account I have created.
In fact, the option I can see in that tab don't match with what is described in the corresponding help documentation. See http://twitpic.com/b3or30/full. Anybody know what's going on here? Maybe
I'll need to downgrade to 14.2.3 but that feels a bit, euh, backward.
Thx for any hints on how to fix this! Regards, Vincent.
