I think the only change was an upgrade to IE9 after my hard drive crashed and was fixed by IT professionals. They installed IE 9 rather than IE 8 I was using and now the Sweet IM extra for Messenger no longer shows at all.
Upgrade to Outlook
Trying to upgrade Office:Mac 2011 for Home & Student to include Outlook. "Purchase Options" under W/E/PP file is no longer there. How can I upgrade to include Outlook without the "Purchase Options" tab no longer there? After upgrading to mountain lion, outlook 2011 no longer operates properly. i have an exchange server. just trying to read an email is exhausting as the spinning wheel appears for 10 seconds and may or may not load email to read. accessing folders is
almost impossible. i have read and read and found no solution.
How do I view and edit group contacts? - It used to be so easy. Now it does not appear to be possible. - I suspect an upgrade to the new format will be needed. I, too, HATE this new format at least for management of groups.
After my upgrade to Mountain Lion, Outlook now takes 75-90 seconds to load.
I have re-built the database and attempted several other "fixes" noted on the MS Forum, without any success.
Any suggestions?

I have just installed Mountain lion and I now have an issue with outlook which I had to re install to access my excel files that would not open after the upgrade,however outlook is my challenge now. I have a box coming up with select identity coming up
and anything I do does not resolve it it just comes up with an error occurred while launching. What should I do to resolve this ?
I am thinking of upgrading my Hotmail to Outlook.com. How will access to my Microsoft services be affected if I rename my account as part of the upgrade?
