Can’t reinstate a hotmail.co.uk account

Had a message from Microsoft saying I may have been hacked into. They asked for verification - then the nightmare started. Nothing but nothing would let me back into my account. Various codes were sent to me but nothing has worked. I tried deleting my account with the intention of reinstating it but my password is not being accepted. Neither is a code. Am at my wits end as I have urgent Emails. My other Hotmail account is fine and so us my Icloud one. Help! help!

Need help restoring deleted urgent emails

I made the mistake (stupid of me!) of 'permanently' deleting emails from my live.com account.

I've since lost my hard drive and have no other way to get several important business and personal messages and contacts.

The emails were from August 2012 through January 2013.

I really need help from Microsoft Support to get these emails restored.  I am willing to pay for technical support if this is not covered by regular live.com help.

Please get back to me!  My careless mistake is causing me major headaches!

when i enter my correct password i cant access my account as microsoft service is not available

it is very difficult that since yesterday , whenever i try to access my acount , I enter the correct password and still I either have to answer securtiy questions or give alternative email id. sometimes I have urgent emails to reply and this has become a major hinderance . please resolve this issue immediately .
