Account locked due to Security Info verification. Causing delay in many important tasks.

Here is the problem:

I registered as a Windows Store Developer about a year ago. I didn't go to the Developer Dashboard until a couple of months ago. When I did, I was faced with a request to verify my account using a code. The email that was selected by default in the options to send the verification code to was no longer accessible to me. So I added an alternative email, received a verification code and entered it. It told me I had to wait 30 days before everything restored. Well, about a month and a half later I came back to check again and it was locked yet again. Asking me to again verify the account. I did the same thing again and it is locked again for almost a month from today.

It's halting me from several important tasks. First, I have a tons of apps lined up to be submitted but I can't access the Windows Store dashboard so everything gets delayed for a month.

Second, Windows 8 keeps asking me to verify my identity and when I try to do so, it tells me that I must wait for 30 days because the verification is completed.

Please help me restore my account. I already waited a month before only to get the same problem all over again. Waiting again for another 30 days will delay this way too much.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Dear Friends,

This is regarding login issue with my mail ID.

Actually usually i was using my mail in my laptop, so it was not asking any verification code.

But yesterday their was some problem with my laptop, so i login in other system.

It asked me for verification code which delivered to my phone, i have enter it and login mail in other system but after sending 5 to 6 mail while sending any mail it is asking to verify.

after verifying my mail, account is blocked and now i cant send any mail again it is asking to verify but no code is send to my mobile phone.

Please help to resolve this problem.

(1 ) I am trying to get into my Hotmail account. The screen is telling me my PASSWORD is wrong. I do not think it is wrong - but the screen says it is sending a verification code to my Hotmail address.. How can I get to the verification code ? when I cannot get into my account?

2) If I change from usin *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** do all my contacts in XXX@Hotmail / and accounts I have joined up to over the years ( eg websites, Forums etc ) Do they just automatically change with the Outlook upgrade????

(3 ) One of the security questions asked is for MY MOBILE PHONE NUMBER... I do not own a mobile phone and never have... What do I do??

Microsoft made up some email account, to send the verification code to, that i can't access and i don't want to lose the email account i have now, which is what i think is coming if i don't verify soon, how do i change the account they send the code to if i can't access the account to change it?

My original primary email account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been compromised. The 'automated' methods provided to recover my account have served only to lock me out of it, mainly due to the fact that it is a very old account, and most of the information is no longer current. The password reset account associated with that particular email can be used only to reset passwords. If I try to get a verification code to log back in, it only gives me the option to send the code I am locked out of, instead of the one im using to post this. I need access to this account as I have many other services tied to it, which I currently cant access because they need email verification every now and then.

Obviously in this case I need some moderator assistance. Ive tried everything in my power to get the account back, but I simply cant do it without some actual human help.

Why did my old phone number receive a text about my security update?

I was asked to enter a verification code to access my email and clicked the option that said I no longer own the number which was on file for me. I entered my new number and got sent the code which let me into my email but my old phone (which my mum now uses) received a text to inform about the update.

That doesn't seem like a very good safety feature to me if the person that took your old number gets told what you used to make your account 'secure'.

Trying to log into Xbox live and it is sending a verification code to an old email address that I cannot get access any longer to confirm. Stuck in a loop and can't get on Xbox live to play. Help please!!!
