I am getting the following error message when I try and access Sky Drive. Ther code verification text is also not coming through when I submit my number. How can I access my Sky Drive?

Someone may have used your account to send out a lot of junk messages or done something else that violates the Microsoft services agreement.
What do you need to do?
We'll send a verification code to your phone.  After you enter the code, you can sign in.
Skip this for now (some Microsoft sites and services might be disabled)

We would like to know more about the issue you're having. Can you please confirm if you can sign in to your account or you can sign in but cannot share files? Can you login through http://account.live.com/? Does the same issue using other browser and PC? Please verify which part you are being asked for a verification code.

Hi there I have about 6 days until my account is locked. I was required to select a email to send the verification code, however I have not received it. I'm being proactive and asking for help before my account is locked.

What do I need to do? I don't want my account getting locked. my alternative account that I have created if I get locked before this is solved is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, however I do need this account
OK now i cant access my emails and i have to attempt to use the godawful excuse that is the 'support' that microsoft offer.

Whenever i try to login to my trusted old hotmail account i now get a message about a verification code. 

This code can only be sent to ONE place, an account that is not, and has never been mine.

this is retarded beyond measure.

I have two hotmail accounts and have been asked to provide a verification code for one of them.  I have received a code but on entering the code it doesn't work and keeps defaulting back to asking me to provide a code. 

 

I entered it straight after receiving it, why doesn't it work?

I have been trying for 3 weeks now to gain access to my account. It was blocked due to it being compromised. I use the email for work and so it is incredibly important that I get back in! I have sent numerous questionnaires and messages to your support centre but apart from Dolly.D telling me to clear my cookies no one has given me any real advice.

I didn't attach any personal information to the account when I signed up. I have provided information for the last emails that were sent to and from work. Is there anything else I can do to verify this account? I have wasted so much time trying to get back it to my own account.

Please send me something useful.

My account had just been hacked recently. I answered some survey and I've got it back and thought using mobile verification would help preventing it from getting hacked again. But I keep getting text for the 'verification code' that I only requested once, and it is the same text over and over again. I've already received more than 10 same SMS for the past 24 hrs. Will I be charged? I tried to remove the mobile verification setting, removed my phone number but I still received the same SMS. Is there anything I can do now?
