If they are viruses how can block them
My hotmail account <removed by moderator>, has been blocked, and the verification code is sent to an unknown email address.
I need to get access to the information in the email as I am using this email account to work.
I registered a new account and get into the forum to seek help.
Kindly guide me on how to go about this.

"or else" my account will be deleted? and when I click on the link it asks me to login to my email provider? I smell scam. some one confirm if this is legit.

Oddly enough the first sentence "Mail is holding the message you sent because your email address is not verified" was the tip off since I have not sent anything on Hotmail in some time.
