Where is my country in verification option?

Hi Moderator,

I have a problem. One of my email account in outlook show notification " Please verify your account. We've noticed some unusual activity in your Outlook account. To help protect you, we've temporarily blocked your account."
I don't know why this could happened.

Then i choose to click Verify button, and let me write my phone number and .... there is no "Indonesia" in country options. How can i do verification when my country is not in the list?

Hello

When I went to set my preferences, it asks for a cell phone number to send me a verification text.

I don't text, nor own a cell phone. I'm not techn savvy nor am I into all the technology.....I'm a senior

trying to set up an email account that allows me to forward things to my friends and family. I barely

email, and Im definate not into texting.

There should be another way for verification. I don't understand why FORWARDING an email is being

made into a production. Thank you

DNS Configuration – always pending configuration

My domain status is always pending verification. I have followed the steps multiple times but it doesn't seem to work. Now I'm getting a message that it's "suspended pending DNS verification". How can I get this to work?

Hello,

So I just recently made a new password for my email and then it asked for my email verification. I clicked on send and it said we are sending the email. The 1st problem is that I dont know how to find the email. So I asked for another verification email and I got a message saying the serivce has a temporary problem. I tried logging in on two mobile devices but got same thing.

So, has an email already been sent, or do I have to wait for the servics to work?

I've tried several times to log in into my account. after answering the verification questions i was successful so i changed my password and security question. after login out i tried login in again with my new password and was told i could not. so i filled out the form again to verify my account info and now it says i can't get back in because i've tried too many times. now they are asking as a final decision to open a new account.

Control over verification of accounts for a private domain?

Hi,

I am the admin/owner of a private domain and I've started using Outlook.com as our email client for running a non-profit event. Now some of our email accounts need to be accessed by multiple users and I've noticed that a lot of the accounts are looking for verification. Will this affect other users logging onto the account once someones phone number has been used? Also once verified it doesn't seem to unlock features straight away. How long does it take to verify the account?

Is there any option to give more control of this to myself, the administrator of the domain or disable it?

Every time I go into my other email address it tells me someone has been using it, and it asks me to fill out the verification. Every time I do the verification questions, I don't get an email about the verification, on the email address I sent it to, I have done it numerous times, last time being a week ago, and I want to access my account. Please Help!

I am at my wits end with the verification of my email account. I have tried FIVE different verification codes but it will accept none of them. I am without this account for two weeks and really need to access info from it. Can anyone tell me what to do next ??? Kind regards.

I have passed the verification process to unblock my account but still have not recieved my link? help!

my everyday used hotmail account was unexpectedly blocked saying someone else was using it after going through the verification form i finially got an email to say that i have passed the verification step and that another email had been sent to the address i am now using with a link but i havent got this??
