The admin panel indicates the domain multifamilybankers.com is pending verification for a very long time.
Mxtoolbox.com shows correct mx record.

i have created an alias, but the verification email, and the link to verify, terminates in a message "oops we cannot connect at the moment" this has reoccurred on 10 occasions over 2 months, it just doesnt work.
I have been locked out my email account I must of filled the verification form in over 20 times.
it has now blocked my children off xbox live.
is there any other way of getting back into my account other than filling in the verification form.
because there is only so many times you can fill in this form before it gets to you and I have given all the information I can

I have bought a new tablet for son, he is 10. I am creating him a Microsoft account on this new device. When going through the verification process as the adult I get billed the .50 but the screen goes to "service temporarily unavailable please try again
later".
hotmail asked for a scurity code. They send one to my alternative email address but if I type in this code, a message shows up stating that the verification link has expired. I asked for a new code but the same thing happens again. Now I can't open my hotmail since none of these code work

So I had an issue that everytime I logged into my account I had a blank screen. In response to this I called customer support and during the process the alternative email was switched to that of the person that was helping me so that he could access the
account and fix what ever was wrong with it. After that the alternative email remained that persons email and I was never told what the password is. So I called back and customer support seemed to be confused by my problem so told me to submit a verification
form. 8 verification forms later no help. Called again and all the help I received was submit a verification form. Apparently my verification forms didnt supply enough info even if I filled out all boxes but 2. All I was simply asking if for them to changed
my alternative email (which belonged to one of them) back to the previous alternative email which is apparently impossible. I've had the email address for about 9 years or so now and most likely forgot some things. Its used for email purposes, connecting with
people and my xbox live account so i can verify credit card info and previous passwords and all but recent emails I can't because I've been at this problem for months. What can I possibly do next? I really want this email.

My girlfriend just bought a new laptop with Windows 8.
she tried to create a Microsoft account, but when clicking on the verification mail, it says that the link has expired and we should request a new activation link.
However, when trying to login, to the website - in order to resend the verification mail- the system says that the password is incorrect.
When performing a reset of password request, it tells us that the account does not exist.
When trying to create a new account, we get the message that this Microsoft account is already is use.
Can you please help as she is unable to finish the configuration of her computer.

I've been trying to get an answer that actually works for quite some time now. One thing I know is that there is NO "turn off two step verification" button on the security info page through my Microsoft account. If I read one more time to "click on turn
off two step verification" I will scream!! This option does not exist!!! I want to turn off the two step verification so I can go back to being able to receive emails from Hotmail to my android phone.
