I have had Verizon look at iPhone and they said mobile hotmail must be down.

As of 8-14-13 I stopped getting email on my iPhone. Any suggestion
My Verizon, Galaxy 3 email is not synching with my computer email.
I have a Verizon email account and have it set up on my computer using outlook, as well as on my iPhone, iPad, etc. For some reason "some" incoming emails are not being delivered via outlook or on my other devices. However, I can access them on the Verizon
site. I do not use the Verizon site to manage email, as I prefer outlook or my devices. I have not found any rhyme or reason as to why this is happening. Another words, I am not seeing where they are generated from the same type of email, be it gmail, comcast,
yahoo, etc. Any suggestions?!?

I've tried so many different methods that have not worked, but the bottom line is that I only have messages on WLM that go back to 07/31, whereas on my Vista Windows Mail I have hundreds of emails that go back to 2011. I really need those emails,
And I can find no method for exporting/importing my contacts.
And the 3rd problem is that, although on the W7 PC I went into WLM, options, email accounts, selected Verizon (my email carrier), properties, advanced, and made sure there was a check mark in the box 'Leave a copy of messages on server'..... it made no difference. The emails exist on my verizon.net account and my WLM mail for only a short time before they disappear from Verizon. I don't want them to disappear.
Can't someone please help?

All Emails in Outlook that are sent by Verizon customers appear as having been sent from Verizon rather than the sender's name.

Can anyone explain to me why I am unable to send or reply to an email sent via my Verizon address using MSN Explorer? Everything worked just fine until Verizon instructed me to change my POP settings through MSN Explorer. I've tried deleting the Verizon
account and adding it back in using the latest settings to no avail. I just keep getting a dialogue box stating that there has been an unexpected error and I need to try restarting MSN Explorer or my computer (which doesn't help, either).
I use a MAC and have Outlook and Verizon e-mail accounts. When I tried to change the Verizon
server information I accidentally changed my Outlook/Hotmail incoming and outgoing server
information. How/where do I find out what that information is to re-set it on the MAC?
