How can i use video chat with facebook?

When messaging with my friends in facebook I don't see the camera icon for video chat. How do I turn that on? Or install it?

buenos dias el problema que tengo es que al momento que me mandan la solicitud para una llamada por video chat no me permite usarlo y cuando mando tambien una llamada para video chat la opcion me aparece bloqueada y solo hay otra opcion que me dice que consiga una camara de video siendo que es una laptop y ya tiene camara integrada y al momento de configurar la camara de video todo es normal

when i want talk with a friend on vedio call i cannot see all his body because of my vedio frame  so i want move my vedio frame to another sides ,its from left,i want move to right or bottom or top,,please help how can i do that?

I have no sound on Video Chat with MSN and no problem with all other programs

I installed MSN and everything is working

Only when I want to make a video call I have no sound

I checked the microfone and it is working, I tested in MSN and there is movement in the soundbar

I tested with another micem, same result

I tryed with Skype, no problem

All other programs working with mice are working fine

I repaired windows essentials, no solucion

Checked a lot of websites and found a lot of people with this problem

What is the solution?

(using only Skype on this moment)

On June 21st I was going to make a video chat with a friend.  I was required to update the previous version (the previous version worked fine).  After the update, I was able to place my video chat with Messenger, but there was something I can only describe as "mosquito screening" as an overlay on the monitor.  I had to look at the other person through this layer.  It did not effect the video or audio on any other way.

How can this problem be resolved?
