Cannot delete a potential virus email from my inbox. Subject line: Does FREE-ENERGY sounded Bogus? Daily Digest 01/01/2014

This subject line came in my inbox (with a strange symbol in front): Does FREE-ENERGY sounded Bogus? Daily Digest 01/01/2014. I cannot delete it. Every time I try Outlook shuts down and asks to send an error message. Have sent around 40 by now with no results. If I delete it in Finder I have to rebuild the identy and it shows up again. I cannot go back to an earlier time today to rebuild. It is today or July something. I made a dumb move and clicked on the "!" above trying to isolate that email. Now every I open Outlook that email is already highlighted and sets the shut down mode off again. Urgently, I need a solution. I wish that Microsoft did not charge $300 just to talk to me!!!! 

I seem to have a virus that only attacks me hotmail address book and sends a virus to just them. How can I find it and get rid of it?
