My email account in hotmail has been hacked and used by another to request money. I use Windows 7 and Avira Premium that reports being secure. Any response.

The account was blocked after a notification of a virus issue.  The hacker set the accoun up to forward emails to a different address.  In my effort to resolve the issue, I had contacted the web site but ended with the account in Arabic rather than English. 

 

I have notitied by people whose email are on my account of a request for funds that I did not make.
