Still sending auto response spam

I have gone through and ran virus software to no avail my email is still sending out spam as an auto response vacation thing. What can I do next?

Any ideas on how to fix a jumping cursor? It skips lines, inserts random pieces of words into others and deletes words. Help, please!

I have tried running virus software in Normal mode and Safe mode; reinstalled Windows 7 and don't know what to do.  Can't tell if it's a keyboard malfunction or in the software.  Any i-dears?
