Hi I keep getting viruses sent from myself to my account.

I am a bit concerned they are going to other people as I am trying to apply for jobs and now concerned that the viruses are being forwarded on to employers and this is ruining my chances.

I have tried changind my password and all my security details, I only log on from secure places and not many companies have my email address. I don't use it to sign up for anything and it is only used for online shopping/personal emails.

I log on from my work computer which I know is secure, my iPad and my iPhone.

Can someone please tell me what is going on? It only seems to have started after connecting my iPhone and iPad up but I have 3/4 other emails on there also and I don't have any problems with those.

Someone sends out emails containing viruses to all my contacts. It happened for the first time last Monday and I've changed password since then. Then it happened again yesterday. These emails are not appearing on my sent mail, and the only way I know about it is when someone on my contact list replies to me with a warning that my account might have been hacked. Microsoft please help!
Sincerely,
Vera
I received a telephone call from  a Sandy (supposedly from Microsoft) informing me that my computer was on the verge of becoming inoperable because of several viruses. They claimed they had been alerting me via computer about these viruses but to no avail. If I did not speak with them then they would just call again requesting the same informtion. I have been trying to call Microsoft to provide information given to me from this person but the process is not user friendly.
