Printing from Windows Live

Up until yesterday afternoon (after getting one photo sent) ...I would select the pictures I wanted to have printed and send them off........

clicked Order Prints and then several options would come up like:  Kodak, Fuji, etc.  I would select Fuji and then several stores would come up...I would select our area Wal Mart and bingo....they would be printed.  

NOW....the first first reply I get when clicking Order Prints is only two options:  CVS and HP Snapfish.    I do not want either of them!

What changed?    

Images not appearing in Windows Mail 2012

I only get x's instead of images when opening emails from certain businesses (Best Buy Redbox Wal-Mart) etc.  I have done some on line research but have found nothing that helps me.  One subject on the internet said to click on the yellow bar at the top of the email that says "show images".  This bar, however does not appear.  I have added these domains to my safe sender list but still doesn't help. My operating system is Windows 7 Professional.  I use the free version of AVG for anti-virus.

Any suggestions?
