Hi,

I have issue on receiving email from hotmail.com, outlook.com  or msn for my company domain.
This issue has been happening for quite some time and still not able to resolved.
I was able to receive the email from gmail, yahoo or any other web email except Outlook.com or hotmail.com.

Below is the error message I receive.

Final-Recipient: rfc822;xxxxx@****
Action: failed
Status: 5.5.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.5.3 - chkuser)

It seems from the error message, your side has blocked my company domain. Are you able to whitelist the domain?

When I send an email to my @outlook.com email address it *never* shows up in Outlook.com web email interface. The message automatically gets forwarded to my primary alias email and I can retrieve it fine using my email program. I checked the settings and there is no redirection set up.

 

What I would like to be able to do is send an email to my outlook.com email account and have it shown up on the web email interface. The only two emails showing up in my Outlook.com web email are welcome emails from Outlook.com!

 

Any help would be appreciated.
