Mac Outlook 2011 doesn’t allow connecting to web link in received email

Regarding Mac Outlook 2011:     When I receive a web link via email to a web site (usually in blue underlined) Outlook does not allow me to click on it and go there.  Is there a setting that I missed to allow this?

Hello, I am a senior Accountant in a form and required to do a lot of work. I love to use hotmail but whenever i click on a web link for email. It appears a application launch box where i see yahoo gmail and outlook. I don`t want to use outlook but hotmail live on web. Any idea or software through i can add hotmail web mail to application launcher?

How come my web link signature shows up as a broken image?

Few days ago I added a web link badge to my signature and it worked for a while but now no matter what I do the badge shows up as the "broken image" icon but it can still direct me to the webpage. I'm using Chrome but I tried with IE as well, same problem (both are the newest version).

When I choose to share my calendar by web link to view in browser the page cannot be displayed, nor the ICS of XML links work?
