I've been trying for years to find a way to synchronise my emails from Webmail and Outlook for Mac. The problem is I have lots of email addresses that I want to be able to see in the same place.
If you know how to do this, I'd be really grateful for your advice, but I've found it to be a bit more complicated than it seems at first.

In the last few weeks Live Mail is not downloading all incoming mails from my ISP's webmail to the inbox. Each time I open it up it is downloading some, others disappear completely, only to appear in the Mail inbox around 2 weeks later. If there are 4
mails in my webmail, 3 new ones get downloaded along with one old one, but all four disappear from my webmail so the problem appears to be Mail not my ISP webmail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Live essentials several times but the problem keeps occurring. For
info I am using vista home premium 32 bit version. I am now currently using an old live essentials 2009 version which so far seems ok. but of course Windows update keeps trying to update to the latest version.
A User gets above error message when he tries to sync his calendar. We went onto webmail and deleted the referenced calendar event, then emptied the cache in Outlook for his Calendar but the error persists.
In addition to the error message under details it says "The meeting request has already been sent and might not be updated"
Does anyone know how to cure this error? Everything else in the account is working.
Thanks in anticipation
Philip

Hello,
I'm new to Outlook 2011. I have an account configured as SMTP and sent items are saved locally in "Sent Items/On My Computer" but not in the Webmail. I decided that IMAP is a better option for my needs so I added a new account, but configured it as IMAP.
Now, I want to move my sent messages from "Sent Items/On My Computer" to "Sent Items/On My IMAP Account". Everything in the same computer.
Can this be done? How can I accomplish this?
Thanks a lot for your help,
Carlos Antonio
2nd time this has happened since I installed Mountain Lion on my 15" MacBook Air.
When I create tasks in Outlook and click save, the tasks do not appear on my Outlook client. However, the task DOES appear on the server as I can see the task when I login to my webmail account.
I also created a task on the server via my WebMail account and it does not appear on my Outlook client either. Mail and Calendar are working perfectly.
I already tried rebuilding my identity and creating a new identity. Neither fixed the problem.
Appreciate any help. I'm losing faith in you MS.

I changed the passwords for my two POP webmail accounts and then tried to change them in Outlook. I know I have to add the passwords to the main account screens and then, because my POP accounts require passwords, to the "More Options" sections. Usually
there is no problem when I do this, but for some reason the last time I tried to do it, I kept getting "authentication failed" messages (sorry, I forgot to copy down the error code). I am wondering if it is because I pressed "Save" after filling in the initial
account screen (before I filled in "More Options") rather than just pressing "OK" on the "More Options" screen after I finished entering all the new information. Should I just press "OK" after filling in everything? Should I choose "Save" as well after completing
everything?
I was finally able to get the passwords to work, but just want to clarify what I was doing wrong initially.
