No access to folders

I cannot access 3 Hotmail folders - Deleted Items and 2 more - for several days by now.

 

When trying, it says (in Russian) "Службе Hotmail не удалось обработать этот запрос. Майкрософт может связаться с вами по поводу любых проблем, о которых вы сообщите. Если это сообщение появится снова, перейдите на сайт Состояние службы, чтобы проверить, не сообщалось ли о проблеме с Hotmail." In English it would sound like "The Hotmail service failed to process this inquiry. Microsoft may contact you regarding any problem you inform of. If you see the message again, go to the website Service State to check whether a Hotmail-related problem was reported".

 

As these are rather important folders to me, I would like this problem to be solved.

Windows 8 Live Essentials

I downloaded Live Essentials to my windows 8 computer and it won't let me respond to a website link as I am able to do on my Windows Vista and Windows 7 Op systems.  What's wrong?  Thanks.

When I select new for a new message I get another message in my new E-Mail

Whenever I select new for a new message or reply to an old message, I get another message in my E-Mail that I didn't put there.  It sends the receiver of my message to a website that sells stuff or worse.  How do I get rid of that message.  I don't know where it is coming from.

How can I clear the cache of messages ready for uploaded that failed upload due to size (I can only upload 20mb) but outlook keeps trying to upload it? The error I get is DATA size exceeds maximum permitted. Oulook continues to try and upload the data every 10 minutes for about nine times then quits. HELP please.

I am running OS X 6.8.2

Hello, for my website I set up the mail service with hotmail and have 2 email adresses, sales@ and info@. For some reason the mail is not deliverable and I have no idea as why. Any sugestions?  Thanks  (removed for sec. reasons) this is an alternative email.

I added Windows Live Messenger to my website. It shows me as Offline when Im clearly online and talking to contacts. What to do about this???

I tried to write an e-mail today only to find that I cannot find my contacts.  I cannot access them in Windows Live Mail and they are missing on Hotmail's website.  Trying to acquire the over 100 contacts that I had again would be tediously time consuming and nearly impossible.  All my contacts are lost.  I have no idea where they went.  

I called your support line and he told me to post this here and someone would contact me within the hour to help me recover my contacts.
