I was able to fix my own email after making the mistake of selection 'always use HTTPS', because I had an open window of my hotmail account before the chance, so that I could click on 'options'. Now I am trying to fix my parents hotmail account. I signed
in using this address: account.live.com/ManageSSL, then selected to not use HTTPS, It confirmed that the change was made, but has not altered the look of the page--still looks like a website directory with no functionality. Help!
