Recover deleted email

I had a rule enabled to delete all the emails of NewsLetters category after 10 days. I purchased 2 tickets from a website and both the tickets got deleted because of this rule. How can I recover the tickets? I will greatly appreciate any assistance on this.Those 2 tickets are very important and there is no other way to retrieve them.

 

Please let me know if you need more details about the sender and email.

Windows live mail When I open mail on my computer it shows that it has been opened but then when I login with another computer it shows it as unopened

Windows live Mail

This program is used at my work but we're having issues with it...
When the web design company came and made changes to my website they added and setup Windows live Mail on all the computers we have but when I go onto my windows live mail account and open a piece of mail and it shows that it is unopened but then when I go to a different computer and login it shows the mail as unopened when it has been opened on a different computer previously.

This problem has started from the beginning, it's not something that has just started.

This is a big problem because when I open the mail I would like it too be seen so my workers don't go printing off copies when i've already done it or come into my office explaining something that i've already read.

I can remember there was a website I entered yesterday, it was a song downloading website, after clicking to any options it was opening 3 windows by it self and there was popping. Please let me know what to do now? it there any thing to do to remove any thing which already entered into my system using that website?
the name of the website I was using yesterday was "songs.pk" . I am sure it happened after using this website. Please let me know what should I do ..........

Hotmail is sending emails from me

Hi
Hotmail is sending emails from me to my whole contact list without anything showing in my sent items.
The emails have no subject and contain a website (like diet information)
What is my next step - I don't want to lose Hotmail - I have had this address for 14 years. 

Why did my account send messages automatically? Why I have been informed that my e-mail account has excedeed it’s sending and receiving limit?

Why Why Why?

Why did my account send messages automatically? My friends got a message from me, but not really sent from me. It was just a website. 

Not sure does it mean my account has been used by other people? I changed my code now, not sure will it happen again.

The second questions is what this sentence exactly mean? "your e-mail account has excedeed it's sending and receiving limit, ....we have to suspend your account in order to prevent unwanted bots and spyware using our customer's accounts..." Is it an official mail? Does anyone else get the mail too? i got it twice. But there is nothing wrong with my account before that wrong message being sent.

Can’t move messenger contacts from website to messenger

I recently switched from another email address to this one, and I exported all my contacts on the old one to my pc. I then imported them to this new account. They seem to have been imported fine on the Windows Live website, but when I login to messenger I can't find any of the contacts.

NetTemps website added to my blocked list 6/19/2012-- still showing up as new mail in my inbox as of 6/27/2012 and this site as of 6/27/2012 is still showing on my blocked list

why does hotmail switch to espn.go.com when I try to open a hotmail message?

When I'm in Hotmail Inbox or Sent folder and click on a message to read it, the entire screen jumps to espn.go.com. I don't use the espn website and don't know why my use of hotmail is interrupted by espn.com. Is this a virus? It's been doing this all day. (June 21, 2012)

How do I keep ESPN ad in right column of Hotmail from automatically redirecting me to ESPN website?

There is an ESPN ad in the right column of my Hotmail screen that is automatically redirecting me to the ESPN website.  I am not clicking on or even rolling over the ad.
