I can’t send or receive email messages on my mobile phone unless I am in my office on wifi

I'm using a Samsung S 3 mini. Whenever I send an email, it goes to my outbox. It does not get sent. I also can't receive emails unless I am in my office and using wifi. When on wifi, emails pour in. I need to get this sorted out asap as I am on the road alot. Im using 3 different email addresses on outlook.com and neither of them are working. Please help

tengo WIFI de telecentro, en el icono de la barra inferior figura una X roja indicando que no estoy conectada pero cuando abro ese icono figuro conectada y efectivamente estoy conectada. pero hay algo que no funciona bien ya que al realizar videollamadas las recibo bien pero mi imagen no aparece.

Using Windows  Home 7 and Live mail. At home I am able to send and receive emails fine. However at my daughters using WiFi my sent emails stay in the outbox. Help please... Is there a setting I need to change...Rob

Communication Device error message

When I have Outlook for Mac open and I do not have an active wifi connection, I keep getting a pop up message that says "The communication device selected for your connection does not exist.  Verify your settings and try reconnecting."  I can not figure our how to make this message stop popping up.  Sometimes I need to look at some things when I do not need a connection.

I have Mac OS 10.6.8 running on an iMac 2.8 i7.
I use the Microsoft Outlook calendar, which synchronizes perfectly with my iPhone (using iTunes, cable connection).
However, I am looking for a possibility to (automatically) synchronize my personal Outlook calendar with my wife's iPods calendar using WiFi. 
FYI: the iPod is coupled with her personal computer and not with my iMac.
Is it possible to merge our calendars?
