I have recently upgraded my laptop from Windows XP to Windows 7 Professional.  I receive emails through Windows Live Mail.  I receive a pop-up that says:

Windows Live Mail

A problem occurred while trying to open this message.

A problem has occurred.  Please try again.

There is also a block with OK option inside.

Question:  How do I get rid of this pop-up as it denies me access to many emails...sometimes one email...sometimes all the emails.

Thank you!

I have a bought a new computer under Windows 7 Professional.  The first message had not problem sending. After which all email for sending automatically jumps to Outbox storage. Then when I open the storage box, click to open and trying sending the email error message occurs.

Would like help in solving this problem, so that I can forward received e-mail messages containing pictures.

I am unable to open Windows Live Mail (Windows 7 Professional). I get the message that it cannot be opened because the Calendar is out of date or corrupted.

I have just switched to a computer I built last year. 6Tb storage. Solid state C: drive for windows 7 only. I cannot use Office 2007 of which we have 4 copies due to unknown error. I think it wants to install on C: drive. Have solved that by changing to Apache Open Office.

Tried to get Mail to handle emails but Windows Essentials reports error 0x80040705 source dotNet40. I can drop our Virgin Media mail supplier for GMail I suppose, but that will cause major problems for our Charity. Can anyone show how to direct some of these programs where to install?

Many thanks to anyone who can assist us!

I want the high resolution as this is a virtual tour for a Real Estate company so the Skydrive option in Movie maker is too low resolution. I have converted the file to an Apple (mov.) file and it looks great but don't understand why I have to do this. Any other ideas?

I HAVE WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL.  WHEN I RECEIVE EMAILS WITH PHOTOS AND WANT TO FORWARD THEM TO MY ADDRESSES, A SMALL SCREEN COMES ON SAYING IT WILL NOT FORWARD PICTURES AND THE END RESULT IS MY ADDRESSES RECEIVE BLANK PHOTOS...............IT ALWAYS WANTS TO COMPRESS THE PHOTOS INTO SKYDRIVE, WHICH IS ANOTHER EXTRA STEP, AND THEN SEND THEM ON IN A COMPRESSED FORM.

HOW CAN I JUST FORWARD PHOTO EMAILS WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO THE SKYDRIVE STEP..???

I am running Windows 7 Professional on my notebook and have pre-installed Windows Live Essentials 2011 together with Windows Live Video Maker 2011. My question is am I allowed to upgrade to Windows Live Essentials 2012 together with Windows Live Video Maker 2012? I have successfully installed Windows Live Essentials 2012 once but the Windows Live Essentials 2012 was not working due to the video capacity. My notebook is having NVIDIA GEForce GT525M which support DirectX 11 (http://www.geforce.com/hardware/notebook-gpus/geforce-gt-525m)  higher than the requirment set for Windows Live Essentials 2012 (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-essentials-2012-system-requirements) Why is that so/ Can it be fixed?
