Hi

I'm trying to use my own domain with outlook.com, I went to Windows Live Admin Center, then click "get started", entered my own domain and then click the next, it gives me the following error message"This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."

If I click the support, it will tell me sign in error.

the interesting thing is no matter what domain I entered, it gives me the above error message.

is it still open to the public? if I want to get support, where should I go to?

Thanks
JH

Hi, I need the password reset option enabled for my user's account on my custom domain on the Windows Live Admin center. Some accounts on my domain are pass from users to users and I don't want to delete and recreate the same account each time.
This website is an official site for my company which deals with manpower.

 Thank you.

I am trying to create the account, americanreport.org. I have added in the Mail setup, the Prove domain ownership information, the server trust information and they Messenger configuration. and each time I try, the information is not recognized. I get no errors or any reasons when not.

I manage several domains, all of which work perfectly except the americanreport.org.  I have tried and retried, removing it from the console and adding it again with different setup information, but each time it fails. The registrar has verified that the information is correct, as well as several other technical experts on my staff.

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated as I am completely dumbfounded by this. I have several other domains setup in the exact same way and they work...Help

Thank you,
Scott

Original Title: Please help transfer ownership of domain account

I have a few domain accounts (set of my companies) under my name. However, I have to transfer one of my companies ownership to a friend of mine. This is quite unexpected and we didn't plan for it at first. If possible, could you please help me transfer pendura.com account to my friend account xxxx @ outlook.com to manage this account?

I get the error below when i try to add bpay.ng to the Windows Live Admin Center

"This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."
Hello - I am having a problem that is similar to other posters:

I have my custom (personal) domain email hosted at the Windows Live Admin Center.  All DNS is properly configured at the registrar panel.  I would like make my personal domain email my primary alias (it is not currently) on the Windows Live Admin Center.

When I go to verify my email account after having received the verification email I click the proper link and I am shown a page stating

"Your email address wasn't verified

This email address couldn't be verified because the wrong Microsoft account may have been entered. Try signing in with another Microsoft account."

What I would like to do is is verify the email from my domain (hosted on WLAC), and then make that same hosted personal domain email address my primary alias in WLAC.

What am I doing wrong?

Many thanks in advance.
