Please enable the password reset option in Windows Live Admin Center for my domain name: www.ipektac.com
A user has forgotten their password and I need to reset it.

Thank You

Hi,

I am a web developer who create websites, manage email accounts for clients. I have been using Google apps for Business in managing email accounts for all the time. Recently, I tried with Live custom domain to see if it's a good alternative as compare to Google. However after try out, it seems there is lots of limitation with Live mail. Beside create, suspend and delete email accounts, there is nothing much we can do as compare to Google. Worst still,  basic thing like reset password functionality is not even available by default. Please enable the setting for me. Thanks.

Hello,

I'm unable to register the domain www.securitypulse.co on Windows Live Admin Center.

Error I'm getting is :

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

Please anyone sort this out for me.

Note: It is related to an IT Security Services company that provides, Pentesting, Vulnerability Assessment etc

I need password reset option enabled for my custom domain emails on the Windows Live Admin center for domain: klucher.com it's a personal site used by me.
Can you please enable the password reset options my domain mailboxes?
We are migrating to Admin Centre. The administrators should have this functionality to reset user passwords.

Domain: www (dot) ishopdirect (dot) ca

For privacy reasons - please redact/delete and hide my domain name from this post once the request has been completed.

Thank You
Hi there,

I have my domain, which I had added to Windows Live Domains (domains.live.com). This is my business domain and I have created work emails here at Live Admin Center. It was working till yesterday. But now, it is suddenly showing a message. Due to this issue I am only able to send email, but cannot receive emails from others! I have updated all my MX and TXT records as suggested on the Admin center. :( I have attached the screenshot.

Whenever I try to send email to any user account in Live, I get bounce back email saying '511, there is no such user (chkusr)'.

Please help at your earliest convenience as this is affecting my business and I don't want loose all those emails.

Thank you so much in advance.

Regards,
Chinmay
Hello,
i am trying to add couple of domains in Windows Live Admin Center. Those domains are www.sdepl.com and www.satyamdepl.com. It gives me an error called "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.
I just had two domains rejected for this reason.  Both domains use common English words.
Hi!

I am the owner of a domain and wanted Outlook.com to handle my email accounts instead of starting up my own Exchange server.
I created the domain as instructed at domains.live.com and I, as admin, can logon and see my emails.

I changed the DNS settings for my domain and created the MX record and TXT record so now I also get my mail in my mobile and everything works fine for me.

What I cannot do is create more members for my domain because the "Domain" option is missing from my Windows Live Admin Center.

Did I do something wrong, perhaps missed some steps, or is there some registration that did not work?

Can someone please help me fix this?

/Chris
