Windows 7. Been using Live Mail for 12 months no problems with access. Recently (4-5 days) was prompted to restart computer to install updates. Since then when starting Windows Live Mail (computer already on line with network) instead of live mail connecting
to selected email acct a page appears "you are currently working off line- do you want to go on line now? Yes/No " Clicking "Yes" immediately brings up a repeat of that page. Clicking Yes again does same again. Clicking yes again brings up the query "there
was an error when attempting to connect to Windows Live Calendar Service. Also a "go on line" icon has appeared on the taskbar since the "update". Clicking it does nothing or brings up the same quesry as reported. I have reloaded email account info, passwords
etc but no good result. Can't get in to get emails - currently using webmail for that!
My Windows Live Mail keeps going off line and I get a message "you are currently working off line. do you want to go online" I click Yes and the message just keeps repeating itself. Also says "There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows
Live Calendar. If the error persists check to see if there is an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative. What and who is a service representative?

I use Windows Live on my laptop for my e-mail account with charter.net. I've linked this account with my Kindle Fire HD for my e-mail with no problem. How do I link the calendar?
How do I create a calendar in Hotmail?
The Windows live calendar requires my to log in 3 or 4 times before it loads.
Every time I send a calendar invite from my @live.com account I get the error below.
Windows Live Calendar Error "There's a problem sending invitations and responses to invitations right now. The event was saved to your calendar but you'll need to refresh your browser to see it. Try sending your invitation or response again later."
I have cleared the cache, changed passwords, and etc. I have another account with an @live.com and it has no problems sending calendar from the same computer. I have placed both account side by side and have gone that all the settings and cannot find
anything different. I even created a thrird new account just to test and it also has the calendar invitation error. So why can one account work fine and the other do not. Any help would be very appreciated.
Thanks
