I can sign into my Windows Live account. However, I keep getting a pop-up for Windows Live Family Safety that when I type the password in (that works just fine for my account) will not work. It just tells me that I have the wrong ID or password. The
same goes for my Window Live Mail. I have changed my password numerous times hoping that somehow it would work at some point. I tried again today, only now the two-step process won't work for that either. I get the code on my cell phone, but when I put
that in...it says it is the wrong code. The same applies when I have the code from an email account (not the Live Mail). I browsed through the forum and tried going into the control panel - uninstall - double click Windows Live - repair. Still does not
work.
