I am using Windows 7 and get this error message

Unable to send pdfs or jpgs that are around 2-3MB
Can receive emails of all types and can send emails without attachments
Works fine via the godaddy web client.
All antivirus programs have been removed from the computer
Windows firewall is disabled
Uninstalled and reinstalled WLM using lastest download available through microsoft. Performed 'repair' afterwards
Tried via outlook 2007 and the same error comes up
Error pops up within 15 seconds of sending
Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account.

I set up Windows Live Mail 2012 on the Windows 8 OS but it doesn't work
I created account, choose manually configures server setting and choose Hotmail. Not work, can not sent the Email.

I have had the same problem for 2 days. I have tried everything and still cant get Windows live mail to work. I hate windows HATE!!!
