I have Windows Live2009 and I have not been able to send out emails for a few weeks. Everything was working fine until then. I contact my internet provider Comcast and spent a great deal of time with them on the phone and they suggested the error was with the software and to contact you. Below is the message I received today when trying to send a test email:

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was 'mo**********@comcast.net'.

I have Windows Live mail and it is giving me an error on receiving my mail.  I changed my password and I get some of my mail and then there is an error.Window

Original Post: Windows Live Mail

I installed wlsetup-web.exe at home on a Windows 7 (32 bit machine.  I installed all the programs.  I checked out Windows Live Mail (with the ribbon), and I liked it.  So, I ran the same file (wlsetup-web.exe) on a Windows 7 (64 bit) machine, but I unchecked all the program options except the one for Windows Live Mail.  I managed to import my email store before I was surprised not to see the ribbon, and to discover that there was no button to send and receive mail.  I started checking around, and discovered I had Windows Live Mail version 2009 (Build 14.0.8117.0416).  I have been trying to "upgrade" to the latest version, but I can't seem figure it out what version that is, where I get it, and if I can upgrade without remigrating the email.

I am not receiving some attachments when they are sent to via windows live mail. The one in question has a warning of "not trusting the digitally-signed-message".  I know it is from a trusted source but how do I correct the problem? Thanks for your assistance.

I have recently upgraded my laptop from Windows XP to Windows 7 Professional.  I receive emails through Windows Live Mail.  I receive a pop-up that says:

Windows Live Mail

A problem occurred while trying to open this message.

A problem has occurred.  Please try again.

There is also a block with OK option inside.

Question:  How do I get rid of this pop-up as it denies me access to many emails...sometimes one email...sometimes all the emails.

Thank you!

When I send an  email using a group distribution list on the .bcc , for some reason it  does not go to all those  on the  list. Many contacts  on the list do  not  receive the email.  LukeNA

I was unable to receive or send mail. I was told my password was incorrect. I installed new password that was approved by windows live mail. When I tried to get mail. Password was again refused as incorrect.

I have followed then instructions given in the trouble shooting section.

I'm getting random emails in Live Mail 2011/2012 that have been replied to losing their little purple arrows. Not every email, but just randomly. I can even watch as an arrow vanishes that was there just after replying to the email.

When I check the Sent box, they're definitely in there, showing that my reply was successful.

Ideas? Thanks!

This error only started today after having to fiddle a lot with my mail program - Windows live mail -

when I try send a word file as a PDF file I get above error message.

I downloaded and installed exchangemapicdo.exe but this made no difference.

Everything else works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please add an "All delete email" option to the Select Quick Views options. After all, doesn't it make sense to come full circle with it? Since you have "All inbox" "All drafts" All junk mail" & an "All email" Quick Views Option, doesn't it make sense that you should have an All Delete email or, "All delete" option too? Thank you
