How to stop automatically-coming up "Windows Live Messanger window"

 I would like to know "how to stop automatically-coming up Windows Live Massanger window".

 When I turn on my PC, Windows Live Massanger window comes up automatically.
So, I always need to close the window, before starting to use my PC.
It is annoying for me.
 
 I would like to use Windows Live Massanger from the hotmail website. 

 If someone know how to solve this problem, please teach me.
