I have a question about MNS Windows Live Messenger converting to Skype. I have an @msn.com email address with Outlook. To access Outlook I have a Windows Live Messenger password.
I received a message that I have to transfer from Windows Live Messenger to Skype. I tried it and it does not work for me. All I want is an email program for sending and receiving email. If I do not do the transition from Windows Live Messenger to Skype, will I lose my MSN Outlook email account? Remember, I have to use a Windows Live Messenger password to access Outlook.I get the "Windows Live Messenger" sign up window come up every time I turn on the comp. How do I stop that please?

Original title: Windows Live Messenger vs Skype
..."We Can't sign you into to Windows Live Messenger * Your contact list is unavailable right now, please try again later" 24 hrs later, I still get this ERROR message after I have already tried the repair advice from the Community thread: Go to Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > Repair; I shut it down & Restarted but Live Messenger sign-in is STILL a No-Go! Why can't MS PLEASE fix this? I even got another error message after the 'repair' in attempting to sign-in again, stating that my IP address 'appears to be invalid' - huh? I clicked the option to 'Repair', which eliminated this error and tried signing in again-- but it only reverted back to the 1st Error Message :( "Your Contact list is unavailable right now...etc., etc!" --Very frustrating-- MicroSoft: PLEASE Remedy This Issue(s) ~ Thank You!!
je ne sais plus avoir accès à mes mails. Je ne sais pas pourquoi cela me dit toujours Windows live messenger ne répond pas.
Pouvez-vous me donner une solution.
Merci
