Why doen’t the stationary that I use in Windows Live show up in Hotmail when I receive and then open the email in Hotmail?

It is fun to have the various stationary in Windows Live but it is rather dissapointing that when I sent messages using the stationary noone who opens that email in Hotmail receives the email with the stationary.  Most people that I email to use Hotmail not Windows Live. I like the way that you can use and handle pictures in Windows live.
