How do I get my mail to sync again? I have signed myself out of Outlook.com and shut down/rebooted, checked the Accounts section etc, but can't find anything, please help?

Since the 15/9/13 I have not been able to receive emails on either Outlook or windows mail from my ISP (2 different POP accounts).
Outlook works fine for sending mail and receiving mail to my outlook.com email address.
Checked with my ISP and there is no problem with their end.
I can receive emails to these accounts on my ISP site and on other devices I-pad and phone but not on my laptop.

If you've been using Outlook Express, Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail, you can easily upload your emails and address book to Outlook.com. Once you've uploaded them, you can manage them along with your emails and contacts on Outlook and People web service. |
