Ok... so after three attempts from xbox supports, to windows phone support, finally to Microsoft support. I am still having an issue migrating my account from the United States to Jamaica. I keep getting an error message saying I cannot migrate my account at this time, EVEN though windows phone support says I have no restrictions preventing me from migrating. I need this resolve soon cause I want to purchase apps for my windows phone. And I do not own an Xbox console, just a windows phone.
I recently put the skydrive app on my windows phone and when I did it added 3 new folders to my albums section of my pictures on my phone, 1)camera roll from skydrive 2)mobile uploads from skydrive 3)saved pictures from skydrive. I'm confused though because Ive never put any pictures in these folders yet they all seem to have a random assortment of all the pictures on my phone. Whats controlling what pictures go where?

And whats controlling the pictures being saved to the skydrive app? 

If someone could just let me know anything they know about the skydrive app with the windows lumia phone I'd really appreciate it.

As of Sunday at 11:45am I have not been able to receive email updates.  On my windows phone or my Windows 8 pro pc, or windows 360 outlook.

Have had a gmail account for dozens of years not have had the problems I am having with outlook. 

I now have a problem with my live account that is used on Windows 8 machines and Windows Phone 8 where when I try to log into outlook.com I receive the following message

 

"Your account is not ready, It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. Click "Go to Family Safety settings" to finish the process and get into your account."

 
I have removed this account from all  "Family Safety Settings". The Calendar and Skydrive within Outlook.com work fine still. The domain it is using is SNT148.mail.live.com. All Mail, people, calendar, skydrive all work fine from within Windows 8 Apps and on Windows Phone. The issue just happening when attempting to log in using IE Web Browser. Oh I have cleaned out Web Browse Cache to no avail as well. Thanks in advance for assitance
Hi - I had this all working okay between Outlook 2010, Outlook.com and my Windows phone - now the calendar and tasks aren't syncing.  I receive the error message : 
Task: 'Hotmail' reported error (0-8004102A) error with send/receive. there was an error synchronizing your folder hierarchy. error: 800cce05. 
Task: 'Hotmail' reported error (0x800CCE05): 'synchronization error'.

Any suggestions?  Thanks.
I have synced my webmail email to my windows 8 laptop, my windows phone and outlook on laptop. My outlook is now not picking up all my emails. It is an IMAP account, but I can't find an option on Laptop mail or phone mail to 'save messages to server'. I thought IMAP avoided this issue compared to POP??? Clearly don't have that great understanding of this. Can anyone help - in simple terms?! Thanks
