My live contacts are not syncing with my windows phone.
Please have someone fix my live.com account again.
I say again, because this mysteriously happened to my windows 7.5 phone a couple of weeks ago (when I had made absolutely no changes to any opf my contacts or updates to my phone for months), somebody on Microsoft's end "adjusted" my live.com account and the contacts mysteriously reappeared without me doing anything at all to try to fix it!
Once that was fixed a couple of days ago, I decided to buy a new windows phone...from windows phone 7.5 to 8.0.
I have followed the instructions to activate, and even called the phone company to be sure I was doing it correct to set up new phone with my live.com account to be sure my live.com contacts would indeed appear. I get everything else, emails, calendars, etc.. just no contacts...just like before. And, yes, I do have them linked and I CAN see them when I log into my computer on live.com. Please don't ask me to jump through a bunch of hoops to make this work. I activated my new phone and signed in with my live account and my contacts should be there--period. This is one of the reason I wanted a windows phone. WHAT is going on--so many people seem to have similar problems. I am sooooo close to switching to an iphone...my husband has NO problems with his iphone. Please help.
