In Outlook Express 6 on Windows XP, I had a separate Identity for me and my wife with our own email section containing folders and the Inbox, outbox, sent, etc. I am moving from this to Windows live Mail in windows 7 on a new computer. I exported my
files/folders and set up Windows Live Mail for me. How do I set up my wife with her own account like we had in OE6? I surfed the internet and Microsoft home page and can't find any help. Thanks
I have windows XP on my computer and I was wondering how to transfer photos from my iPhone 5 onto the computer because it says its a camera. I've gotten to where it shows the pictures on my phone and when I left click them it says save to My
Pictures, but I don't want to have to go through all 700 of them and save them. So that brings me to my next question, can I save multiple pictures at at time!0? Thanks for the help!

I'm trying to migrate from Outlook Express & Windows XP to Outlook on a new computer running Windows 8
I've set up a Microsoft a/c & an Outlook a/c using the 'old' computer & mastered copying my contacts & emails from Outlook Express to Outlook.
However, when I click the email tile under Windows 8 & try to register my Outlook a/c quoting my email address & password it returns the message:
"We couldn't find settings for <my email address>. Provide us with more information & we'll try connecting again"
The additional information requested is Domain & Username. I have no idea what a domain is & where I wd find what mine is & am not aware I have an Outlook username
I have managed to access my Outlook a/c under Windows 8 by going to outlook.com via Internet Explorer. However, when I send a test message it doesn't arrive in Outlook - presumably because my Outlook a/c isn't registered on the new computer

My computer is XP. On Mondasy Family safety was on my computer I HAVE NEVER HEARD ABOUT IT.I signed in with my microsoft account and now we cannot use our computers. I am having a problem importing my Outlook Express Windows Address Book (WAB) from my old PC (running Windows XP) to my new computer that is using Windows Live Mail (and running Windows 7).
On my old PC, I had organized my WAB (which contains over 5,000 contacts) into various folders/categories. I also had most of the email accounts set up to include First and Last names, as well as email addresses. I exported my WAB from the old XP computer and imported the WAB into Windows Mail Live on the OS7 computer by using the "in mail" features on both systems. Now, here is the problem:
While the new PC/Windows Mail Live indicated that the WAB transferred successfully, it did not import in exactly the same way that it exists on the old PC with XP using Outlook Express. Some of the contacts appear to be missing all together, others are not showing in the folders/categories to which they belong, and many seem to have lost their First and Last names, instead showing the email address both under the email category and under the user name category.
Does anyone know why this is happening, or how I can correct it? Am I doing something wrong? Is there a better way to transfer the WAB? Unfortunately, my knowledge is limited when it comes to this kind of thing, but generally I can resolve most issues I run into through trial and error. This, however, has been one area that I've found no success in fixing. Any help or direction that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.
